Return and Cancellation Policy

At Eliyora Gems, customer satisfaction is our priority. We meticulously inspect and securely pack every order before dispatch to ensure excellence.

All correctly supplied Eliyora jewellery products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be considered if a product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, subject to verification by Eliyora and applicable law.

**Return Process**

If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at ms@eliyora.in within 5 days of delivery. To initiate the return process, provide:

● Your order number  

● A description of the issue  

● Clear photographs of the product  

● Photographs of the packaging, if applicable  

● An unboxing video, if requested  

If the return is approved, please package the product securely in its original packaging and follow the return instructions provided by Eliyora.

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo inspection. If the return is validated, we will process the applicable refund, replacement, or exchange within 5 business days.

**Important Conditions**

● Products must be returned unused and unworn.  

● Products must be in their original condition and packaging.  

● Products must not have been altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery.  

● Customised or personalised jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, subject to applicable law.  

● Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.  

● Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.  

● Customers should use a reliable and traceable shipping service when returning an approved product.

**Unboxing Video**  

We strongly recommend that customers record a continuous video while opening their package. For claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products, an unboxing video may be required as supporting evidence. Please retain the original shipping box, packaging, and other materials until your claim has been resolved.

**Damaged or Incorrect Products**  

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. After reviewing the information and supporting evidence, Eliyora may provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

**Refunds**  

When a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Eliyora will initiate the applicable refund after the returned product has been inspected.

Once initiated by Eliyora, the time for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the respective payment gateway, bank, or financial institution. Please be aware of our cancellation policy: customers can request cancellation before their order has been dispatched. If an eligible cancellation is approved before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

**Customised or Personalised Jewellery**  

Customised or personalised jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, as per applicable law.
