3. NATURAL STONES AND VARIATIONS

Many of our jewellery pieces incorporate natural or semi-precious stones.

Natural stones are unique and may contain natural inclusions, colour variations, markings, irregularities and differences in shape or texture. These characteristics contribute to the individuality of each piece.

No two natural stones are necessarily identical, and minor variations from the photographs displayed on the website should be expected.

Such natural variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated time communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, logistical disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the designated courier or delivery partner, delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control shall not be considered a failure by Eliyora Gems to fulfil the order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to the terms set out in our Returns Policy.

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange, particularly customised, personalised or made-to-order pieces.

9. JEWELLERY CARE

Jewellery containing natural stones and delicate components should be handled with care.

We recommend protecting jewellery from:

• Water and prolonged moisture.
• Perfumes, cosmetics and chemicals.
• Excessive heat or direct sunlight.
• Abrasive surfaces.
• Impact, bending or excessive pressure.
• Sleeping, bathing or exercising while wearing delicate jewellery.

Eliyora Gems shall not be responsible for damage resulting from improper use, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or failure to follow recommended care instructions.

10. CUSTOMISED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Where customised or made-to-order jewellery is offered, the product will be created according to the specifications agreed with the customer.

Once production has commenced, customised or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective.

Any agreed changes to a customised order may affect the price and delivery timeline.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the Eliyora Gems website, including but not limited to:

• The Eliyora Gems name and logo.
• Product photographs.
• Product descriptions.
• Website design and layout.
• Graphics, illustrations and artwork.

is owned by or licensed to Eliyora Gems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
